These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PugSync application ("App"), provided by Black Pug Studio ("we," "us," or "our") through the Webflow Marketplace. PugSync enables users to synchronize articles from RSS sources to their Webflow sites using Webflow’s CMS features. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By using PugSync, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using PugSync on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
PugSync allows users to synchronize articles from RSS sources to their Webflow CMS, with images automatically imported to Webflow’s CDN at no additional cost. The App offers:

To use PugSync, you must create an account through the Webflow Marketplace. You agree to:

The Premium Plan allows synchronization of up to 10 RSS sources per site with unlimited posts. It is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, in accordance with Stripe’s Terms of Service (https://stripe.com/legal).
We offer a 7-day refund period for the Premium Plan from the date of your first payment, provided you have consented to immediate service delivery and waived your 14-day statutory cancellation right under EU law. To request a refund, contact us at helpdesk@blackpugstudio.com. Refunds are processed through Stripe and subject to their policies.
We may adjust subscription fees at any time. You will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance via email or within the App. Continued use of the Premium Plan after the change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

Disclaimer: We are not responsible for the content synchronized through PugSync. You are solely responsible for ensuring that synchronized RSS content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademark).
PugSync, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Black Pug Studio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws under Irish and international law. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content synchronized through PugSync (e.g., RSS feed articles). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display this content as necessary to provide the App’s services, including storing non-personal data in Google Firestore and importing images to Webflow’s CDN.
We collect and process data as outlined in our Privacy Policy ([insert link to your Privacy Policy page]). No personal data is stored in our Google Firestore database hosted in Europe. Stripe collects payment-related data (e.g., email address, payment details) per its Privacy Policy (https://stripe.com/privacy).
You may terminate your account or cancel your Premium Plan subscription at any time through the App or by contacting helpdesk@blackpugstudio.com. No further charges will apply after cancellation, but no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless within the 7-day refund period.
We may suspend or terminate your access to PugSync if you:
Upon termination, your access to the App will cease, and we may delete non-personal data stored in Google Firestore, subject to legal obligations under Irish and EU law.
PugSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all RSS feeds or Webflow configurations.
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU law, Black Pug Studio, its affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PugSync, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Premium Plan in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Pug Studio, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of PugSync, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights (e.g., through synchronized RSS content).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dublin, Ireland, conducted under the rules of the Arbitration Act 2010, except where prohibited by law. You may also pursue claims in Irish courts if required by EU consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes via email or within the App at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of PugSync after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
